1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CLINTON GH ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

CLINTON GH provides sports analysis and betting tips for informational purposes only. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place, or settle bets on your behalf. No outcome, odds movement, or result is guaranteed. Betting involves financial risk, and you are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-adjacent services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register for or use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium access is billed at GHS 10 per 24-hour period, charged through our payment processor (Paystack) via Mobile Money or card. Access is granted only after your payment has been verified. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable that option; access expires automatically at the end of the paid period.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited use

You may not share, resell, or redistribute premium content, attempt to circumvent subscription checks, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

CLINTON GH, its owners, and staff are not liable for any financial losses arising from betting decisions made using our analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any particular outcome.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
